What is Permesso di Soggiorno?
Summary: The Permesso di Soggiorno is an Italian residency permit or permit of stay. Any foreigner, both EU or non-EU citizens, who will be staying in Italy longer than 3 months must apply for the Permesso di Soggiorno upon arrival in Italy.
