Digital Nomads Madeira Islands is a new project that will host as many as 100 nomads at a time in the seaside village of Ponta do Sol:
"Madeira Digital Nomads is a project developed by the Regional Government of Madeira, through Startup Madeira. It aims to attract digital nomads from all over the world to come to work from Madeira."
Ponta do Sol is considered to be a pilot for the "Nomad Village" project. Each digital nomad who is accepted must agree to stay on the island for at least a month. The initial project runs from February 1st through June 30th.
