Life in Al Khobar

Hello Expats of Al Khobar,
We got an offer to work in the Hospitality Industry in Al Khobar and need some information

1.- Living conditions for a Western Family with 2 small kids - schools, medical care, etc.

2.- Living Cost if you get housing and school paid.?

3.- We have a dog and a cat. Both have the chip and European Ped Passport. Somebody knows anything about the procedure ?

4.- How is it for my wife to move arround in the city with the kids, what behavior does she has to have ?
