Work visa issue - Power of Attorney

So I have a job lined up and sent through all of the documents to an agency in London earlier in the week.

They phoned back today saying that there was an issue with the Power of Attroney and the application wouldn't go through until it was fixed.

The issue is that the Power of Attorney document is made out in the wrong name. It has the details of the consultancy agency who dealt with the interviews (and only the interviews) whereas the visa agent said it should have the details of myself or their agency on it.

The girl at the agency said it was a simple and quick enough fix where the HR department in Saudi could just change the details there and then, fax through the new document to them and it would be fine.

Is this true?

I'm getting a bit apprehensive because I'm not sure if changing a legal document like that would be so easy and I'm due to move at the end of September so there isn't much time for any more mistakes to be made.

Does anyone know whether this will be a quick and simple fix or is it going to take some time?
