An Expat Talks about Retiring in San Carlos City, Philippines

Submitted by

What is the name of the city or town that you are reporting on?

San Carlos City

What residency documents or visas did you need to obtain to retire in your host country? How difficult was this process? (Please describe)

As far as the visa is concerned I am in the process of applying for a Permanent resident visa. No cost if you do it yourself . I used a service which makes it easy. I handled all the paperwork to get my wife to the states and her naturalized citizenship. I didn't have the patience to handle the visa work here. I used JRC Consultancy.
