An Expat Talks about Retiring in It all depends on where you are located. I lived in Tagaytay for 6 years and while I had a car and a motorcycle I could have gotten by without either as there were plenty of jeepneys and trikes. Now I live in Valencia up on a mountain and I consider having your own transportation a necessity as there are very few trikes and even fewer jeepneys., Philippines
