Taxes in France...French Tax advisor?

My husband (a French citizen/US citizen) and I (US citizen) are considering moving to France. We would like to find out what the tax implications are before we go.

Can anyone recommend a tax advisor for the French side of things? We have found someone for our US taxes.

Will we be taxed on our "wealth" (property, investments, etc) and/or income (we won't have jobs at first)? Can anyone recommend resources on this topic?
