Find a job in informatique in France

Hello,

i'm French, and my fiancé is living in Italy but is Romanian. He is looking for a job in France for many months but didnt get any answer from companies where he sent his CV. We're in despair, we tried everything, websites, recruitment companies, informatique companies...
Does anyone could help us ? Maybe you know some associations that could be useful ?
