Looking For Advice From Experience

My wife and I need the assistance of Forum members in helping us be sure we are correct in the right paperwork we are now filling out to obtain my Carte de Sejour. Our question is the Demande de titre de sejour the same as the Carte de Sejour? My wife is a EU citizen I am a USA citizen we are legally married over 10 years with proof, we purchased our house here in France and our car (both paid in full) and full health care insurance for the whole year for me and a Mondial health policy for my wife we have my S.S pension direct deposit we have our French brick and mortar Bank account French phone number Electric bills, water bills both in our names, house Insurance paid for the entire year car insurance paid the entire year, French property taxes paid for and at least 30,000 euros in saving in our French bank. Do you foresee any problems for us obtaining my Carte de Sejour residents card? Thank you very much Tommy & Hilde Wilkens
