Cardiac care hospitals

I will be moving to the Philippines and need to know if there are any really good hospitals for people with heart emrgency needs. I know Manila has the best hospitals there, but I really don't want to live in the big city if at all possible. Perhaps somewhere not too far from Manila in case of emergency, but a much more quiet, laid back town? I also need access to a good private English teaching school.A safe place for my family is also important. I thank all of you for any help you may offer.
