Im just ready

I have been thinking about the P.I.since I was a kid. My mother is from the city in the P.I. but anyway... what I want to do ismove out of the states and into the P.I.I am a widow on a fixed income and I no longer want to be in a living arrangement where I have to be single and just get by... how are the schools in the city how are the homes what are the locals like how hard is it to get a job... Please let me know I am just ready for a better life somewhere...
