Does customer care exist in philippines? I bought a new kettle last year and it stopped working 3 weeks later I took it back under grain tee they said they would send it for repair I said I wanted another one or my money back it's under grain tee they insisted they send it for repair and they would call me when it returned 5 weeks later still to the no call I had bought another kettle by then I went to the shop they gave me my kettle couldn't answer why they did not call took the kettle home lasted 2 days same problem so I threw it away. last year we applied for a phone line and Internet 5 weeks went past many phone calls they never called when they said they would in November we told them we were moving and wanted the line transfered no problem they saidiit's now Jan 16th and not even a call from them. I had £2500 taken from my bank account unauthorised withdrawals reported it not even a call again they seem not to care about their customers at all. Very frustrating not what we are used to in the west
