Help needed..urgent

Hi,this is my first post here, and i am looking for some much needed advice please. It is a child custody problem that i have.

I will try to get straight to the point,if i may. My biological daughter and was born late in 2015.I was not present in the Philippines at her birth, and at the time my ex-partner was subsequently told, that,in that case,my name could not go on the birth certificate.

About six weeks after the birth,I was present in Manila for her Christening in January 2015,and I am named as the father on the Baptismal certificate.

Sadly,In the last 18 months or so my relationship with my child’s mother has been virtually non – existant.During this time I have only been allowed to see my daughter on cam three times. In the past 8 months or so I have received next to no news at all about my daughter.

What has been happening is that I have been deliberately blocked out of my daughter’s life, while at the same time my ex has introduced another guy who is going to be my child’s legal father.Apparently, they have already changed my daughter’s surname to his and when they are married (soon) he will adopt her and she will be his legal daughter.

In the past 8 months I have realised what has been going on,and have sent many emails telling my ex not to take my daughter out of the country,or make somebody else her father. My ex has basically ignored all correspondence and acted as though I have not existed. She has gone ahead and given my daughter her new partner's name against my wishes. He is also in the process of legally adopting her, before taking her to live abroad.

Although I am not registered as her legal father, both myself and my ex-partner know that I am the biological father, and as the biological father I have told her on many occasions that I don’t want my daughter to leave the Philippines without my permission.

This is an extremely distressing episode for me (even tougher on today of all days),and I would appreciate any advice how I can move forward in this matter,if possible.

Thanks.
