Beware of Automart

Recently I purchased an undamaged 2020 model Nissan Urvan from the repossessed vehicles division of EastWest bank. I viewed the vehicle at a warehouse run by Automart.
To cut a long story short, I knew already that the Automart staff were stealing jacks and batteries from the vehicles yet I was shocked when I went to take possession of my van to find that they had swapped it for a damaged 2017 van (there was a sticker on the windscreen dated 2017), they had wound the odometer back on this van to match the mileage of the van I bought.. I never signed the Deed of Sale.
Further to this, after telling the Automart agent that I only wanted Third Party Insurance at a cost of 651 Pesos, he forged my name on an application for more comprehensive insurance at a cost of nearly 18,000 Pesos. I am at the moment trying to have this man prosecuted, which is an uphill battle as I met resistance from the policeman that I tried to lay a complaint with. Firstly, he suggested I was lying about the particulars of the incident and then he said because the sale was not completed, and I never paid for the insurance that no crime was committed. I am starting to understand the true meaning of corruption. I will persist with trying to have this serious crime prosecuted.
As and end note, after much trouble with EastWest bank's misnamed "Customer Services" I emailed the CEO directly and got all the money I paid back plus interest.
