Ok, My landlord has asked me to help her get her apartments out there.
Ive only been staying here a week but Ill go as far as vouching for her kindness and respect..nice older igorot lady who wont be knocking on your door everyday or be inflexible about what u can do in her apartments..im pretty sure shes open to haggling although I didnt try to..for moreinfo please ask me and I can give you her phone number.
Bakakeng is on the outskirts of the city, apts are transient/long term..average price is 10k a month, its one jeepney ride into the city.The vieww from the apts is really nice, mountain side, the hood is quiet, no videoke machines going all night long.. not a crowded hood.
