EU Driver License SCAM

I found on X (Twitter) an ad that said you could get a EU drivers license. I clicked on the link and filled out their form. They wanted a WhatsApp communication mode. I send them my Italian cell number which is my registered WhatsApp number. They sent the following procedure that I then forwarded to a Polish friend as the license that they were "selling" was a Polish drivers license. It said it was impossible, also he said the name of the person was not a Polish name but an Arabic name. Below is the number that they used on WhatsApp, which is a Polish cell number: +48-727-839-191.
POLISH DRIVING LICENSE
For the (New /Replacement) license needed for category B it opens for you B1 and AM which is valid for 15 years
We make a Polish driving license , this license you can use it in all European countries

THE PROCESS
so what we do is we provide for you a temporary registration here is Poland for 6 months and then we close it when your license is ready
we use this registration to register you in a driving school
then we pay someone to take the exam in your behalf ( if needed )

After this you wait for your driving license to be ready and we send it WhatsApp as videos and photos to confirm.
at this point you can check your driving license if it legal or not by the government website or a friend in the police and you can check it by the border service too

then we send it by the polish post with the tracking number so you can track your shipment

THE DOCUMENTS
The documents needed to start the process are
1. Copy of passport
2. Copy of your valid permit that allows you to stay legal in Europe that is temporary permit or permanent permit or visa
3 your signature on a white paper
4.copy if your previous license (if any)
5.photo passport size 3*4
(Head to shoulder)clear quality because this is what we use for your license (may be a friend can take this photo for you)

THE COST (New /Replacement)
The price of the new license is
1400euros
The price of the replacement is
1200 euros
the process takes 45 working days maximum
after sending the document we send it to the administration center to make sure that we can work with this document then you do a prepayment of 400 euros.
The payment is done by the IBAN number so you will have all the information of the receiver.

After receiving this and my Polish friends advise, asked them to send me two references that used this procedure to get a Polish license. As you can imagine, I have yet to receive any references.
