Large 4 rooms (formerly 5) top floor apartment, 2 balconies, high ceilings (3,25m) with ornaments, unobstructed view over the water of the Valkenboskade (near Laan van Meerdervoort). Parking is free, close to public transport, shops (Laan van Meerdervoort, Weimarstraat and Farenheitstraat), and 5 minutes away by bycicle from the beach. The apartment is fully furnished and completely renovated. It has a very large and bright living room (42m2), 3 bedrooms (one with balcony), large hall (20m2), fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, cattle, washing machine, dryer, etc), bathroom with bath, sink, toilet.
